A fine, aromatic, delicious wine with tones of wildflowers, yellow fruits, and a little bit of oak. Fermented in a pitcher, using 20% chacha. 8 months in pitchers, 2 months in French oak barrels, 1 year in stainless steel pots. The grapes are from Khidistavi vineyard, fermented naturally, on wild yeasts. It is also cleaned naturally, without any chemical or mechanical additives. Sulfur is not used in the vinification process. It is a particularly healthy, tasty, and lively wine.
For best effect, serve chilled at 12 degrees C. Before consumption, take it in the decanter, or "open" it by spinning it in a wine glass.
