This is a delicious blend of Kartli's two best red varieties: Tavkveri and Shavkapito. Having spent 8 months in the belly of kvevri, it continued aging in a stainless steel tank for another 12 months, and an old French oak barrel for a tad less than 4 months. Being named after Dionysus, DIO is an excellent, very aromatic, and rounded red dry wine of vintage 2019.
