Total area of the vineyards amounts to almost 2 ha space, with the following grape varieties: Tsitska, Tsolikouri Melqo, Bazaletis Tsolikouri, Krahuna, and the red varieties: Chkhaveri, Otskhanuri Sapere, Aladasturi and Dzelshavi.
The age of the vines vary from 20 to 65 years.
"Gaioz Sopromadze Wine Cellar" is a classical Imeretian Kvevri cellar in Bagdati.
It produces 8 - 10 thousand bottles of various best natural wines every year.
