IO is a blend of the two varieties - widespread Chinuri and super rare Chkapa. While Chkapa is only 20% of the volume, only its skins were used during maceration and this makes Chkapa very notable.

IO is an elegant, very pleasant wine. It is strongly recommended to decant this wine for at least half an hour, before consuming it. IO has strong floral tones where yellow flowers dominate. One may sense a Mimosa and a yellow rose with a bit of herbal touch, in it. 

IO is a 100% natural wine. Fermented spontaneously, on wild yeasts; not filtered; no sulfur or other additives used.
